Thank you to Diana Love of Foraging For Flavor for the nice mention in The Capital newspaper Flavor section. I have always been a big fan of Diana’s column and was thrilled years ago to discover that it was her I was talking to at the market. I still have some of her older columns one dated 2009!

Anyway, the whole article from today is great! You really should read it! Spring greens sprout surprising tastes. Yum! The rest of the column is very informative if you are interested in FOOD!

memorial-day

So many have served. Many never returned home. Please remember those who never saw their families and friends anymore. Whose last thoughts occurred, many times, far from home on a field of battle. Be thankful for the sacrifices those families, moms and dads, sisters and brothers, gave for us to enjoy the freedoms we have.
