Big, beautiful, Caramel weekend coming!!

Annapolis Caramel Company will be at three locations this coming weekend May 5th. and 6th. The weather will be absolutely beautiful so pick 1 or all three events and come out and enjoy the great events and some great, fresh, delicious caramels.

To kick off the weekend, come out to the wonderful Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds for The Naptown Bar Bay Q. Do you love good bar Bay Q, you won’t want to miss this event. Starts at 11 am. goes to 7 pm. There will be live music, arts and crafts for kids, cooking demonstrations, and a barbecue contest. After you enjoy all that delicious food, stop by The Annapolis Caramel booth and pick up a bag of sweet treats for yourself or to share with the family.

If the Bar Bay Q is not your style, then come out to The Made in Maryland Festival. Held at Kurtz’s Beach . Sunday May 6th, starting at 11 am. to 5 pm. You will enjoy at day at bayside and lots of local artisans. Remember shop local!

Kicking off another caramel year!

Annapolis Caramel Company kicked off the new season with The Maryland Chicken Wing Festival at The Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds on Saturday April 7th. Although the weather was not quiet spring like, the turn out was great.

We would like to say thank you to all those who came out to enjoy some great food and music, and some delicious fresh caramels.

Top wing honors went to Chad’s BBQ located in Edgewater. They took both categories, Buffalo and Alternative wings.

That’s right folks, it is that glorious time of year. First Sunday Arts Festival is here! Mark your calendar for Sunday May 7th. from 11 am to 5 pm. for the very first, First Sunday!

Today is Black Friday. Annapolis Caramel Company is at the Ss. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church Arts and Crafts Show today Nov. 25 th. and tomorrow Nov. 26 th. from 10 am. to 5 pm. each day. Come out and see the wide array of holiday gifts and goodies. Parking is easier here than at the malls. Come out and support local businesses. Saturday the 26 th. is small business Saturday. Come out and take home a bag of your favorite caramel flavor to share with friends and family.

Thank you to Diana Love of Foraging For Flavor for the nice mention in The Capital newspaper Flavor section. I have always been a big fan of Diana’s column and was thrilled years ago to discover that it was her I was talking to at the market. I still have some of her older columns one dated 2009!
