Come out to Twist and Stout Sept. 29th.

Hello caramel lovers! Milder weather for Fall is headed our way. Time to get out for the weekend and come down to Quiet Waters Park for Twist and Stout. Happening on Saturday Sept. 29 th. from 11 am. to 5 pm.

Annapolis Caramel Company will be on hand with sweet fresh caramels for you to pick up and enjoy with family and friends. We will be rolling out some seasonal flavors like Pumpkin Spice and Apple Cider. And we will have all of your favorites as well, such as Sea Salt and Almond.

So come out and enjoy the day!

This September 29th the Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks, in partnership with Maryland Wineries Association will present Twist & Stout, a fine wine and craft beer festival that also features live music from some of the region’s best bands, food trucks from around the state, and artists creating on site.

The 2018 premier festival is expected to draw over 4,000 attendees to Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis, MD, known as the “crown jewel” of the county park system.  Featuring 340 acres of beautiful park land situated along the South River, the park includes 6 miles of paved trails winding through forests and past grassy fields, picnic areas, scenic river overlooks, a visitor’s center with three art galleries, and more.

Seafood?? Baltimore Seafood Festival Saturday Sept. 15th.

Hopefully Florence will drift out to sea and you can come out and enjoy the Baltimore Seafood Fest Saturday Sept. 15 th. at The Canton Waterfront Park, starting at 12 pm to 7 pm.

Annapolis Caramel Company will be on hand with fresh, sweet, delicious caramels for you to enjoy with friends or family. Bring your appetite and enjoy all the great seafood and some great treats as well.

What is Maryland without seafood? Hey folks, it’s that time of year. It’s The Maryland Seafood Festival. Bring out the whole gang, family, friends, there will be something for everyone. Annapolis Caramel Company will be on hand to provide some great sweet treats to go with all  that delicious seafood (did I mention our Old Bay caramels?).

The festivities start on Saturday at 10 am and goes till 9 pm, Sunday 10 am till 7 pm. Bayside at Sandy Point State Park.

MARYLAND SEAFOOD FESTIVAL

Mark your calendars on September 8th & 9th for the 51st Annual Maryland Seafood Festival! We’re celebrating over 50 years of food and fun at Sandy Point State Park with a weekend full of delicious seafood dishes, interactive cooking demonstrations,  exciting competitions, kids activities and more!

While you sample all of our tasty offerings, enjoy all of our maritime related exhibits, contests, and activities. The Maryland Seafood Festival also hosts loads of local shopping and vendor options, a fantastic beverage selection with lots of local craft beer and wine, and tons of kids activities, all hosted along the beautiful shores of the scenic Chesapeake Bay.

Looking to help out?  We have numerous volunteering opportunities.  Please check out our volunteer page to sign up.

Parking at Sandy Point will be available only for those who pre-purchase a parking pass. Additional parking is available at Anne Arundel Community College, and there will be shuttles to transport guests from the parking lots to the Maryland Seafood Festival and back again! A portion of the proceeds from the festival go to our local charities.
